Tujuh Pendekar MTsN 1 Kudus Menjuarai Silat Tingkat Kab. Kudus

Dalam rangka ulang tahun Padepokan Bangau Ruyung ke VI, Padepokan Bangau Ruyung Mengadakan kompetisi silat di bawah naungan Bangau Ruyung yang bertemakan Bangau Ruyung Cup VI. Event ini dilaksanakan di Tanjung Kudus pada tanggal 23-25 Januari 2016.
Pada kesempatan ini, MTsN 1 Kudus mengirimkan 7 delegasinya. Ketujuh pendekar yang dilatih langsung oleh salah seorang pelatih dari Padepokan Bangau Ruyung ini berhasil menjuarai hampir seluruh even. 
Mereka adalah; Abdu Kavin Ni’am VII D juara I kategori tanding H Pa, Abdul Rozzaq VII D Juara I kategori tanding B Pa, Arjuna Abrar Irsyad VII D juara I kategori tanding H Pa, Aini Rahma Putri VII D juara II kategori tandi B Pi, Nurunnada VII F juara III kategori tanding C Pi, Nadia Syifa Alby VII F juara I kategori seni tunggal, Wahyu Eka Saputri IX F juara satu kategori tanding F Pi.
Menurut Eko Sudarmanto, S.Pd, M.Pd, selaku Waka Kesiswaan serta official lomba, tujuh peserta ini akan diikutkan kembali dalam event Popda Kab. Kudus pada bulan April nanti. Eko Sudarmanto berharap agar seluruh pesilat MTsN 1 Kudus dapat berlatih dengan keras akan nanti dapat memenangkan event itu.
